DIMVERO v1 is limited to noncritical, unpowered or appropriately extra-low-voltage Exact-Fit interfaces whose failure cannot cause harm.

Software validated, not physically tested. No safety certification or fitness approval is claimed.

Excluded uses

Do not use DIMVERO research or future output for mains voltage, high-power batteries, fire detection or suppression, medical devices, PPE, pressure or vacuum systems, load-bearing parts, or automotive- or aviation-critical systems.

Any use whose failure could cause injury, property damage, loss of containment or another harmful outcome is excluded, even when it is not named above.

Fit is not safety

A measured fit does not establish strength, retention, sealing, thermal performance, electrical isolation, chemical resistance or service life.

A successful coupon or representative print is evidence only for the recorded printer, material, batch where known, slicer profile, process, orientation and measurement method.

Stop conditions

Stop if the intended use is ambiguous, safety-relevant, outside the documented range, or depends on pressure, structural load, fire performance or regulatory approval.

Do not modify, waive or reinterpret a failed validation check to meet a deadline. An unresolved warning blocks a complete release unless an authorized reviewer records a reasoned waiver.

Physical verification

The displayed coupon has a verified source and software-validation record, but it has not been printed or physically measured.

Future public fit claims must remain no stronger than the exact physical evidence and may never become a universal or guaranteed first-fit promise.
